Before you can be of service to students, do you know your beliefs about teaching, or teaching style? Do you have a "Teaching Philosophy" that aligns with your mission statement? These Top 20 teaching tips may confirm you were right all along or will enhance your current teaching posture. New teachers need to be aware of the realistic expectations of teaching. Do not be clueless about student expectations or even your own. As you participate you will conduct your own "reality checks" as it involves both you and the students getting the "BIG" picture! In this session, the participants' learning outcomes will be their self-awareness of knowing both their students' and their own personal expectations. After all twenty teaching tips are revealed, teachers can pick and choose which tip they need to focus on and give less attention to the ones they are already performing.
